Our complaints procedure

We proudly follow strict ethical standards that we have set as our organisational goals and constantly improve them by taking regular feedback from customers. If,however, you think that our services were not 5 star then please contact us with your concerns and we will be able to come back to you within 5 working days.

How it works

If your expectations were higher than our services, although this will rarely happen and you wish to make a complaint about the service you’ve received from ukInjuryClaims during any part of the claims process, then you can email us at contact@qwmltd.com or write to us at:

We take all our complaints seriously and aim to investigate fully as soon as possible,we reserve the right to decline to consider a complaint if we think the complaint has been brought to our attention outside the time limits set out in the Legal Ombudsman’s Scheme Rules. We may, however, use our discretion to accept complaints outside the stipulated time frame.

We aim to handle your complaint within eight weeks of the time when the first contact was made.

Within eight weeks of receiving a complaint we will send you either:

1. A final response which adequately addresses the complaint; or

2. a response which:

a. explains why we are still not in a position to make a final response, giving reasons for the further delay and indicating when we expect to be able to provide a final response; and

b. inform you that you may refer the handling of the complaint to the Legal Ombudsman.

Where we decide that redress is appropriate, we will offer you fair compensation, this may, however, not always include financial redress. If you are not satisfied with our response, or if a complaint is not resolved after eight weeks, you may refer the complaint to:
